Keep Moving Forward Real Life Lessons for Women Who Refuse to Quit
You found this page because something in you is still fighting. Even if you're tired. Even if you're not sure it's working. Even if today is a hard day. You're still here. That matters more than you think.
My name is Audrey Raymond. It's my pen name. But every word in these pages is my real life.
I live with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, dyslexia, and depression. I also write novels, run a business, and get up every morning and keep going. Not because I'm strong. Because I refuse to stop.
I created this series because I care. My journey has been hard, and if sharing it honestly can help even one woman who feels the same way, it's worth every vulnerable word. I don't want anyone to feel as alone as I have. So I wrote what I wish someone had handed me on my worst days.
Each worksheet is a short letter from me to you, followed by honest questions you can answer at your own pace. No programs. No pressure. Just a conversation between you and yourself, with a little faith woven in. Every worksheet in this series is free. Always. This isn't a sales pitch. This is me sharing my journey because I believe it can help.
This is not therapy. This is one woman saying: I see you, I've been there, and you're not alone.
